National Surgical Associates offers a diverse range of surgical procedures.  Many procedures can be performed in an "elective" manner giving the patient more control of the timing of the procedure.  Many procedures can be performed by a single surgeon, however, more complex procedures may require the expertise of two or more surgeons.  At National Surgical Associates, both Drs. Bastidas and Roozrokh are experts in complex laparoscopic surgery and complex oncologic procedures.  This allows for seamless interchangeable coverage that cannot be found at other surgical practices.

We offer general surgical management of patients with benign and malignant diseases such as but not limited to:

• Endocrine surgery- adrenal gland, thyroid and parathyroid glands
• Foregut surgery- esophagus and stomach
• Hepatobiliary- liver, bile ducts, gallbladder, and pancreas
• Intestinal- small and large intestines, rectum and anus
• Breast- lumpectomy and mastectomies, Sentinel lymph node biospy
• Hernias- inguinal, femoral, umbilical, diaphragmatic, and complex incisional
• Skin- from simple moles to complex melanomas, Sentinel lymph node biopsy
• Endoscopy- upper and lower endoscopy
• HIPEC- hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy
• Misc- central venous catheters, feeding tubes, and tracheostomy
